Delivery and Returns

We are an independent business based in Henley on Thames and currently only deliver within the UK. 

 

Delivery

Delivery to England, Wales and the Scottish Mainland (Please see exceptions below)

Cost: £3.95 

Delivery time: 2 - 4 working days 

Your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For service. 

The delivery charge is not refunded if the order is returned – this does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Islands.

Cost: £3.95 up to 5kg. Above 5kg there may be a further shipping charge.

Delivery time: 3-5 working days.

Your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For service.

Returns

Please contact us at info@manzanashoes.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your delivery if you wish to return any of your order.  Please quote your order number in the email.

The goods must be unworn and placed back in their original inner and outer packaging. 

Returns from England, Wales and the Scottish Mainland.

You can return by either a DPD drop off point or by sending the parcel by Royal Mail. The cost of the return is £3.95. 

Once you contact us, we will send more details regarding the returns process.

Returns from Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Islands.

Currently, returns will need to be sent back via Royal Mail within 14 days of you notifying us of your wish to return the goods.  The cost of the return will need to be paid for by yourself and will need to be tracked. 

Returns from all areas of the UK

For all returns you, the customer, will remain responsible for the condition and security of the goods until they are received by us at our premises. We cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds for online orders are credited back to the original payment method minus the return charge for the DPD collection service.  Please allow 10 working days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account after the DPD collection.  

 

We can be contacted when you place your order to help guide you with your decision on sizes, colour and style to keep all returns to a minimum.

Faulty Goods

We check all items individually before they are despatched.  However, we understand that occasionally there may be a fault and we will assist you with the issue as quickly as possible.  Please contact us at info@manzanashoes.co.uk – please head your email as faulty and quote your order number within the email.
